Hou Canoes have beefed up the gauge of the ash wood that they use which is all sourced from sustainable forests in the UK. This yoke is made form a single piece of sustainable ash and finished in a unique oiled mix which is chip resistant and allows the wood to breathe whilst protecting it from the elements.
