Beta Climbing Lapis Rolly Ball Small

Lapis Rolly Balls are a training aid designed to help climbers already operating in the mid to higher grades to improve their grip and pinch strength, whilst still working on their core, arms and shoulders. Hang the Rolly Balls from a beam or bar by a cord or sling, and pull up on them - the Rolly Balls are effectively spherical climbing holds (the small ones are roughly the size of a cricket ball) with a looped pin at the top, which is in turn connected to a sling. The grippy resin balls are then hung from and used as an upper body training system. Unlike Rock Rings or Fingerboards - which are generally held as crimps, jugs or slopers - the Rolly Balls are held as a pinch. The difficulty of the grip can be altered by where you place your hand on the suspended ball.
