There is emphasis on working with the factories to improve labour practices, reducing excessive overtime and closing the gender pay gap. They aim to bring factories in line with ILO core labour standards and collaborate with governments to change national legislation on labour standards.

This brand partners with the Fair Labor Association (FLA). The FLA has a broader remit and does not just focus on the apparel industry. They aim to protect workers rights around the world and collaborate with universities, civil society organisations and companies to create sustainable working conditions. FLA have their own Code of Conduct based off the UN’s International Labour Organisation’s (ILO) standards. Affiliated companies must implement this Code of Conduct across their supply chain.

Place a piece of paper on the floor with one end against a wall. Stand on the piece of paper with your heel against the wall. Mark the piece of paper where your toes end with a pencil. Then measure from the end of the piece of paper to the mark you created with your pencil and compare the measurement to the sizing chart.
